Happy Bee Home Bakes is a registered home bakery in Edinburgh, founded by two women from Ukraine, bringing authentic Eastern European baking traditions to Scotland. We are a small, family-run business built on passion, tradition, and care. The bakery is run by Katia, our head baker, and Nataliia, who manages customer communication, orders, delivery, and the website. Katia bakes every cake by hand in our home kitchen in Edinburgh, using time-honoured recipes passed down through generations and adapted to modern quality standards.
