Our Black Forest Cake follows the traditional method: soft cocoa sponge, real cherries soaked gently in natural syrup, and lightly sweetened whipped cream. No artificial cherry flavourings — only real fruit. This cake has a timeless charm: rich chocolate balanced by bright, juicy cherries and clean dairy cream. Everything is handmade, layer by layer, with respect to the classic recipe.
